  • We no not access, share, or distribute recovered data beyond the necessary recovery process.

  • We securely delete all recovered data from our systems after a period of 30 days.

2. Integrity & Honesty

  • We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

  • We do not make false promises or guarantee full data recovery if it is not possible.

  • If data recovery is unsuccessful, we communicate this honestly and fairly to our customers.

  • If we cannot recover the data our customers' request, there will be no charge for services.

3. Security & Protection

  • We follow industry best practices to protect customer data during the recovery process.

  • We use secure methods for transferring recovered data to customers.

  • We ensure proper disposal of devices upon customer request, including data destruction and meets DoD standards.

4. Respect for Customer Property

  • We handle all devices with care to prevent further damage.

  • We do not modify, sell, or tamper with any hardware or software outside the agreed-upon recovery process.

5. Compliance with Laws & Regulations

  • We strictly adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding data recovery and privacy. 

  • If we discover any illegal content during the recovery process, we will follow legal reporting requirements as mandated by law.

6. Professionalism & Accountability

  • We maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.

  • We take responsibility for our work and continuously improve our processes to provide the best possible service.
