Once you accept the quote, we will mail you a free packaging kit with instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Just pack up your device as shown on the instructions and send it out to us. Once we receive your device, you will get an email with a link that will walk you through the payment process. Then we return your data to you on a USB flash drive. That's It!

If we cannot recover your data, we will give you an option to have your device sent to a specialized laboratory with a cleanroom for a more advanced data recovery option. However, this will cost you more money. If you decide against the more advanced recovery option, then there is no charge and we will return your original device to you.
